Sale rep lied about the condition. I flew from Chicago to Fort Myers and before fly I asked about the condition. Sale rep told me Car is good condition Upon Arrival to formers car was filthy dirty with dogs hair all over. Rear seat was fully rusted and not sliding ...... car software was not updated and it was jerking at when gear shifts. Overall it was a worst experience.
I did not have the vehicle inspected presale. My fault completely. But I left the dealership with NO brake pads on one wheel (!) to drive home to Atlanta, and that’s a safety issue. Paid cash for the vehicle and was told my Credit Report would NOT be pulled. But it WAS!
My car was not being serviced.
The service department was great. Staff was thorough and competent. I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule. Service for my 2023 Volvo XC90 was superb.
