Jackie is a dear but she has to let (or make) her partner do more. He was standing around while people weee stacked up at her desk. I need a new tire. Someone dropped the ball and didn't order it. One 35 Mike round trip for me. The next day no one called to tell me tire was fixed. Second round trip I got my tire but I had to wait around while Jackie handled check in que. I finally got her asst to process the paperwork for me. Supervisor had done guy his office for 30 minutes chatting with some guy
The only thing I would recommend is having someone greet you when you arrive and direct you to the service advisor.

My bumper was hacked and dented Jace has photos and is handling with service manager but tech ruin because Moët needs to be replaced didn't need to cut anything comes pre cut from factory tech screwed up and also dented driver side rear area hitch Jace is aware and noted on invoice not a good first experience I hope it works s handled properly
The lack of communication is unsatisfactory. A week to replace brake pads. If your over booked and have other vehicles ahead just say just that. No one ever communicated the truck will need to stay at the shop until I reached out to the service department. I was told Tuesday the latest it would be ready. I called Tuesday for an update since no one communicated they’re still waiting on parts. I was told I would get an eta nothing! Called Friday at 5pm to be told it’s ready for pickup. Service manager was called and left a vm my call was never returned. This is my second vehicle purchased at Volvo sale and finance team we’re great and didn’t drop a beat.

You should provide home delivery or a loaner. Waiting for hours for a minimal service is frustrating.
If you allow a customer to select that they need a loaner vehicle through the app/online booking, the customer should not have to follow up & verify a loaner is available.
We’ve also experienced multiple times where nobody comes out when we drive up and we have to wait to have someone check us in while we see people around and available.
The extire experience was great! The staff at McGrath were so professional yet personable and could not do enough for me.
This automated system told me my vehicle was ready, so I drove all the way out there to get it only to find out the part had still not even arrived. It has been weeks!

Jace was amazing and his customer service was spot on. I was heading out of town and he made sure I was updated on how things were going with my car and had it back to me in plenty of time. He was great.
