Arley Ricardo should be tapped for a future supervisory position. Arley has excellent people skills, product knowledge and SUPPER VISION. I am 75 yrs. old and most of my life's experience has been managing/supervising people, both in a business for others, as well as my own. I watched Arley operate. He has what it takes.

Gene was very accommodating in providing a loaner car and understanding circumstances that prohibited me from picking up my vehicle, allowing me to leave my vehicle until I was able to pick it up and providing courtesy transportation to the airport to catch my flight. It was above and beyond, and I could not have been more appreciative for his service.

It would be helpful if you could either remind me that you've turned off my lights or return them to the prior setting when you're done. Several times now I've thought that might lights were on....but they had turned off.
Jackie is awesome. She always goes above and beyond to take care of me. Volvo makes the best and safest cars, and Jackie helps me keep them that way.
My next car will be a Volvo and am thinking about that in a year or 2.

I was surprised when u called me at 3;00 pm to tell me my car was ready to be picked up when I was told the part wouldn’t be in until the 19th. Would have been nice to get an update that the part came in early and my car was being worked on. I wasn’t prepared to pick up my car with such short notice.
Other than that, everyone was great to work with.
No contact. No update. This is unacceptable
Jacquelyn is 100% customer focused. I have experienced her great service with my previous Volvo vehicles and no complaints.
