I was charged over $300 for a car battery Which I thought was extremely pricey for a car battery. I was also told my car only takes special batteries and I could not buy any other battery which seemed confusing to me. But I was told by Alex it's the only battery that could go in my car. I just felt taken advantage of as a young woman who doesn't know that much about car batteries
