I always feel like the service dept. is more interested in selling me optional services at inflated prices than servicing what I request. While the service rep was excellent it appears she is required to "sell" --- "this is starting to wear" "this might have another year but you should consider replacing it now". And $600 for a brake job -- wake up to reality.

I felt I was being charged too much for the repair that was done. I have been a loyal customer since June 16, 2012, which was the I bought my Genesis. I don't feel the care and concern from the service department anymore.
