Extremely proffessional! I was so impressed with The quality of service I came home and wrote a letter To your General Manager commending the quality of servic I received. You always want this quality of service but in today’s environment company’s have lost their true purpose of service.

Brought my Ioniq in for an oil change. Was unsold to a fuel injection process for an 'extra' $145....I didn't 'haven't to agree to it...but...was worried I might need it. I hope It did my car some 'good'. The most worrisome part of the entire 2 hour ecperience....which was way longer than promised....was that I was told and shown that MY CAR had a severe rat's nest in the engine. They walked me into the service shop...showed me a ridiculous and massive infestation of a white Ioniq. I ssid....impossible! My car is 100% garaged...I have no fruit trees in my HOA property. I also have THREE CATS....and if there were rats or mice or literallyy....anything...even squirrels....the cats would have gotten them. Disturbing. So. .about an hour later...I see my car sitting out in the service entrance area...looking like it's ready to go. I asked Alex...hey...is my car ready? He looked perplexed for a minute...saud... uhhh..uhhh...just a minute. He then came back and said....I am so sorry....the infested Ioniq I showed you....was NOT your car. Big surprise! I knew that from the beginning. He and service staff apparently misidentified the two whit Ioniqs. Welll... good news....my car was fine. Bad news...they made me very upset. Otherwise....I was glad to get my oil changed....not sure about that $145 fuel injection process. I DURE HOPE they didn't apply THAT service to ANOTHER CAR... and charged ME!!! They obviously seemed confused today on the service dept. Sorry to have to comment like this.....but...Ivtake such 1000% care of my car. I love it. I want my service depr. To also love it as much as I do! Colleen W

I took my lease in for a slow tire leak and was told the tire couldn’t be mended and I needed a new tire - $350!! They said the type of tire was foam filled and could not be fixed. I took it to a tire place and they said they would take a look, take some of the foam out, and probably be able to easily patch it. As it turns out, THERE WAS NO FOAM IN THE TIRE and it was a quick and easy patch job for only $15.00! I immediately called the Genesis service manager and was told I would get a call back..... Still waiting. I have been a faithful, happy client for a year until now: I am very disappointed.

We were over whelmed with trying to get carvana cover the repairs and that took time. Alex was supportive and reassuring . And the insurance company sent out an adjuster that said would arrive in the next 24 or 48 hours. What made it worse the insurance co. Said they would only pay for 3 days. Somehow Alex convinced the adjuster to fix all the things we needed repaired and the said the full rental was covered. Alex is a good service writer and I will recommend your your your dealership to all my friends. Lisa

Alex was truly professional and very kind. He exemplifies what a superb employee should be like. He is quite knowledgeable, able to explain complex concepts very easily to an unsophisticated auto customer. I highly recommend him for his many talents.
