I appreciated the extra effort expended by and others in shifting my 1:30 PM initial appointment to an 8:30 AM. The change enabled my wife to followthrough on a need to transport 2 of her handicapped senior citizen friends at 2:00 PM to an event in Perkasie, PA. Thanks for the service staff enabling their schedule to be kept.

I had arranged online for a valet pick up and no one showed to pick up car. I had to call and was told ghat the system was not yet working right. This should not be the case after 3 + months having to deal with this social distancing. Please improve this option for future online bookings.
