When I made the appointment I said I needed a new tire for my 2016 Legacy in addition to the inspection. After waiting about two hours I was told I should replace both rear tires and that they didn’t have them in stock and that I would have to come back. This is ridiculous. They knew I needed a tire and they should have made sure one was in stock before I drove all the way over there. Poor service.
