Scott fit me in on short notice right before 4th of July holiday when the service department was backed up. It's been 5 years of service. This was my first new car ever. I want to keep doing business with the folks at the Mechanicsburg store. My grandfather and father did business in the area with Quaker Oats and Kellogg's and the Navy Depot and Agway and many other smaller local businesses over 60 years ago. My truck runs like a different vehicle now. The fix you did- free of charge- is a life saver. Communication and ease of scheduling were spot on. Communication after vehicle was there.....not quite five stars, but minor inconvenience in the end. Thanks for getting this recall taken care of.

Complimentary car wash not received, didn't have time to deal with it. Lady in front of me had same issue, she spoke up about it, service tech tried to say they did...it was obvious they did not! Not the first time this has happened either.
I told them about problem with the truck no shutting off at red lights and they said they charged the battery as this is why it wasn’t working but on the way home from just having fixed it did not work
