My son Picked up car Friday night and call about 10 minutes later that it felt like the wheels were falling off. I told him to take it back to ford. I then went and drove it and I couldn’t believe that it literally felt like the wheels were falling off. The ford service guy said that that day the alignment wasn’t working correctly. I just think what if something did happen while my son was driving. If the alignment wasn’t working Friday The technician should have said something.

I brought my car in for state inspection which was fine, but when I picked up my car I thought they would have at least washed the exterior of my car, but they didn’t.

I asked that the cabin filter cover be replaced and provided the parts. The parts were sitting on the front seat passenger side; I.e. not done.

Great service as always ! I have a ford dealer here in East Berlin,Pa and the service is better at Beans so drive the 35 mins to get that service .
