Christine was very nice. I really liked the fact that she sanitized my car after the service right in front of me and was very diligent in doing so. All in all it was a nice experience during such a trying time. Thank you.

I have seen on the internet that there are many Hyundai Sonata customers in a class action suit because of the faulty smart trunk. I feel that the service manager could have reached out to the Hyundai representative to see if this part could have been covered by Hyundai. They already know it’s a big problem why don’t they want to help their customers. It is simply not fair. This is my third Hyundai and my lease is up in September. Not satisfied.
