John was excellent and extremely professional. Very helpful!
Everything Christine was responsible for was handled correctly. However, there were two other problems. My car was damaged while in the service area and the ArmourAll treatment was not performed as agreed upon.
All around good experience
John is a horrible service manager. He couldn’t answer basic questions about how my car was serviced. When asked for more details, he became very arrogant and defensive. I give him a pass if he was having a bad day. If you receive similar complaints about John, he should be terminated or given a job where he doesn’t interface with people. They got my service done very quickly and that was great! But customers are asked to wear masks to enter to protect those who work there which I agree with but some employees there seem to be very laxed with wearing them
I would like to express my great appreciation for the exceptional service John Borz provided me. Because of the Corona Virus, communication with my auto insurance company became very difficult. John provided the patience, expertise, and persistence to get me through this trying time with my insurance company. He is willing to go that extra step to resolve any problems that may exist. Also, he resolved the mechanical difficulty due to rodent damage done to the electrical system of my car to my complete satisfaction. John Borz is a remarkable representative of your Service Department and he has my deepest appreciation.
