Wheter the extra service was needed or not, the way it is presented in the documentation and how it was presented to me is decietful and gives me the perception that honest service is not the goal of this particular dealership. The experience at this Fred Beans is completely differnt than the other Fred Beans dealerships/service centers I use, and unfortunately gives me pause to recommend Fred Beans.

I took my car there because one heat vent was not working and my check active air flat system light came on twice in one week they called me to pick up my car nothing is wrong with it in one day. I was not happy with the response that I received they want it my husband which Aunt is on auto business to come down and show them what was wrong with the vehicle so unprofessional I have been coming there since action Hyundai and since it switched over I see a change in attitude to the customer. Also I did not like that they did not wear their mask the way they were supposed to I am a cancer survivor you could see his nose out in his mouth while he was speaking with me and when no one was in their office they took the mask off. Also they did not give me any per paperwork they said there was no Paperwork for me to take my vehicle I said I’m not leaving without any paperwork but when I spoke to John on the phone in the morning he said my car can’t be fixed there’s nothing wrong with it come get it so how could there not be any paperwork then I had to walk instead of them bringing up my car through the parking lot to get my vehicle which has never happened to me before and all the years I’ve been coming there I was not happy with the situation at all I reported it to Hyundai customer service USA.

I was completely satisfied with my service experience but I do think you should have hand sanitizer available in the waiting area...especially at the check out desk or on a table. Thank you for an overall positive experience

Totally disappointed and annoyed with Christine, Brandi and service mgr (Mike?). I was 150 miles over on my extended warranty (only because they were closed on Sunday. My son is a former employee of this location too. We asked if they would please request good will coverage for this known problem. They refused. They only submitted it for prior authorization, which was denied due to warranty. They then lied to me by saying that that is how it is done. I called customer care and was informed that good will was never requested. Had tires done and an alignment, but they wouldn't give me the alignment print out with specs on it. I was told that they don't do that. Another lie. My son was a mechanic there and Always gave print out to customers. Brandi was supposed to file for good will coverage, didn't and avoided me by disappearing. I can assure you that my family (we own 4 Hyundai's), will NEVER return to this shop and will be sure to share our experience with our friends, family and social media groups.
