Mr. Perez was extremely helpful today. He took the time with me in his office, and, then walked me over to the cashier so that he could explain what was going on so that I could make the required payment. He’s been my Service Advisor before. Like other patrons, I appreciate his professionalism.

Unfortunately my service advisor only let me know my vehicle was ready after I called. I was was promised a shuttle ride when my vehicle was ready and the shuttle could pick me up since I had no other transportation. The service advisor said the work would take 2-3 hours. I dropped my car off at 10:30am. I called for an update at 2pm and left a message with my service advisor. I received a text message at 2:13pm, that the car was ready. Fortunately my daughter, who purchased her vehicle from Carson Toyota, came and picked me up and took me to pick up my car. I was not happy with my first experience with Toyota of Carson.
