Patty was professional, very thorough in her explanation, however failed to add a service that I went for. I purchased a car on 2/5/22 and I had made two appts. 1. Interior detail 2. Maintenance because the mssg “maintenance engine required” she said maybe they forgot to reset it, no need to do the oil change. I agreed w/her but when I picked up the car I didn’t see the msg, until 10 min later, I reviewed the order and does not state anything about the reset service. A friend had to reset it, and two days later it came out again. I spoke with Arty on Wednesday 2/2/22. I left the car at the dealer for the maintenance engine msg and other stuff my car needs. It’s upsetting to think they did not do the service requested, now I have to find time to take it back, luckily had to leave the car for Arty so he can take care of the other stuff. Idk whose at fault but it got me worried to now the message was on again. They should add all of the notes at ones, is not my responsibility to remind them since as a customer I explained very clearly of my appts.

I was lied to twice. I called Jimmy around 2pm and asked for status of my vehicle and he told me they were test driving the car. I told him I have to leave my house at 3pm take my daughter to her practice so if he needed the vehicle over night I can pick up tomorrow. Jimmy said it will be done to make my way over. I arrived at Carson Toyota at 2:30pm after a $10 Lyft and the vehicle was not ready, then at 2:45pm the young lady at the service billing area called Jimmy and asked about my vehicle and he told her the vehicle was being driven now and that the car was finished then sent over the paperwork and I paid $733 and when I gave the slip for retrieval of my car at 3:05pm the lady said the mechanic needed 15-20mins more to put the tires on. I don’t understand why all the lying when I told Jimmy I could leave the car over night I was late picking up my daughter which I don’t appreciate after spend over $700.
