I think, the service department needs to address and or speak to the customer about what recommendations are, you see a tech before the sign you off and then you see them at all after. I had questions and no one could answer them.

There was car damage that was not discovered until I pointed it out once the car was returned to me. I had to come back the following week and rented a car for 3 days.
The alarm was installed but wrong because keeps turning on by itself. I am very disappointed with the service because instead of fixing the problem you guys caused more problems on my truck because now, the truck cannot be locked due to the alarm turns on.

I wish I could be able to go with my vehicle when is getting the service done in the past a had bad experience when things where not done, it wold be nice if I can go and see ok the change the oil, ok they put enough oil up to where it suppose to be , they change the filter good, I need to see all does thing get done, in the future I’ll fined a place, over all I love carson Toyota ( Sam sales person the Best)

Car was not washed when I received it and the service porter seemed like I was asking for to much when I told him I wanted a car wash. Then the service advisor like forgot about me it’s like the customer service has really gone down. To them we are all just a money sign
