We bought a service plan,and they told us the number of oil change we had,They told us that we still have 2,but the last time we went,Jimmy was saying we only have one.It means it doesn’t being consistent.And this guy seem not very accommodating.Thank you.

Took longer than what was expected. I was told around 1hr 40 minutes and it took 3 hours. Also, a light was on and couldn’t finback because I had to pick up my kids.
