Everyone is not very friendly or polite, from service advisor to cashier. Service got done but it took 2 hours because of being busy, which I can understand.. but politeness and friendliness is expected at the least while I’m being considerate.

I’ve had my current Toyota since 10/2019 and my previous 2008 Toyota until 9/2019 and never had any major problems with and I owe it to the service staff for making sure my vehicle was in good running order. It it my hopes that I can have my current Toyota for just as long with great service. I thank all the workers

Once again your dealership disappointed me as a whole.. Your parts inventory is always low , u never have stock parts available on hand .. Your service Department promises a lot but don’t deliver the satisfaction.. When I service my vehicle I don’t feel fully trustworthy with your quality of work.. Meaning I feel that if I pay for oil change I’m left wondering if u really changed my oil
