Check engine light- had to take in twice, lost time off work. It was insinuated I did not put gas cap on properly and was submerging my Corolla in water. May not go back. Rep hard to contact, mailbox full. Getting a second opinion now, trust questionable
My truck was promised 1/1/2 for oil change and tires rotation and I was called 2 hours and 10 minutes later with appointment is this how it works?than I’ve had a 5 dollars coupon and never was deducted…… I tried to keep going this dealer but this it’s not the first time service is poor …

Alex provided me with excellent customer service. He also recommended what I would need to be serviced on my car at my next appointment i.e. alignment and tire rotation.
Zeke was knowledgeable and well versed in Toyota vehicle information and company supply lines. He explained what needed to be done and alternatives with pro/con understanding. Made the decision easier to make.

My experience yesterday was the worst customer service and this wasn’t the first time, I made appointment and still had a long wait for two items that needed to be serviced, first off no one bothered to put seat protector on and floor protector before getting in my vehicle, and I when my vehicle was returned to me the same warning message was still showing on my vehicle dashboard that was reason why I brought it in . Now several people got in and out of car including “mechanic”and no one bothered to address it, I had to inform the manager name Juan who said they would have to order a part sometime next week. And after all that my representative Brian which was not pleasant at the beginning of my visit didn’t even come to me to offer any concern about the situation, so my overall experience yesterday was a FAIL!!

I am having same problem. It is not 100% good job . I have to go to work having same problem. I paid $248. I believe you will fix that in the future. I will bring back my car there when I will have time. Quality make you busy, and good name.
Your service advisor’s are not honest with the service prices, they beat around the bush when customer mentions coupons on YOUR website. Then they try to add it to your invoice probably hoping you don’t notice…But I did …Why lie about inflation cost and bla bla bla!! They should be honest and state it’s simply so they can get a bigger bonus at the end of the quarter for the sales…Not good business once again disappointed with your dealership..

I try to get information she doesn’t answer I try three different people no body knows… my Tacoma have a recall , water go’s inside the tall light and my wife’s Rav-4 olso have the same problem is 2018 W/ five year warranty they told me I could do it my self … what I should do?
I’ve been going there for years and this was the longest I have waited to get my car. If a client makes an appt they should be priority. And it shouldn’t be double booked. I don’t understand the point of making an appt if I was going to wait the same amount of time if I were to just walk in. I dropped my car off 10 mins before my appt and it took 4 and a half hours for it to be ready. And it was just for my regular maintenance. An oil change and tire rotation. I will be taking my services elsewhere. Please work on your system because it’s broken. And trust me when I say I understand that things have been hard since the pandemic and short staffed but this was unacceptable.
Social
