Jimmy was great. He got my car taken care of faster than I anticipated. I just wish that when I got my oil changed a few weeks ago, the tech would’ve screwed the filter on correctly and I wouldn’t have had to come today.

I am very disappointed. I was told that I needed front and rear brakes as well as struts totalling approximately $3,400. I took my car to another repair shop and they told me that there was nothing wrong with my brakes or my struts. I have bought 4 Toyota's and entrusted my cars to Carson Toyota since 2007. I am very upset that you would try to charge me several thousand dollars for repairs that I did not need. You should be ashamed of yourself to treat a loyal customer that have spent well over $100,000 at your dealership.
