I have a suggestion. When we put comments in the comment section of scheduling our appointments on line. The Advisors should have access to it so the current does not have inform the Advisor. I was told by one of the employees who was checked my car in when I let those requests when in line scheduling is done is known you have to let my advisor know. It doesn't make sense. Thank you.

It took 4 hrs since I got there until I received my car back. For a TAC 10k and wheel alignment that advisor Alexander Campos said was need it. On paper I received back once I paid said recommended not done/ declined services that I was not told about it. Why on earth the advisor didn't said anything about it and then appeared on the receipt that it was declined? I am a customer with Carson Toyota since 2000 and throughout the years sadly have seen a decline on customer service and car service overwhelming. Considering to change venues and even car brand.
