Good service great communication
My service advisor is really good but my car is not the same anymore. The engine is working good but engine is noisy.

Instead of texting me when my car was done the service rep texted someone else even though my number was on the paperwork. Texted twice during day to see if my car was done and did not get response. Called three times to see if my car was done. First call operator stated service rep was not in their office. Second was connected to service reps voicemail, left message but hot no return call. Finally reached service rep who informed my car was done at 10:30 but she texted the wrong number. Very disappointed in the wasted time for not only myself but for the person who waited all day to give me ride back to Toyota. Hoping next time service rep uses correct number.
Originally I went as a no appointment walk in for a oil change. A very rude service person denied me of getting service without a appointment. As I did not go in person my father called my and advised me they did not want to take it for service. I called in and made a dame day appointment for 30 min later same date. Went back and I was again asked if I had a appointment I advise yes I just made one. This time they took it it. Even thought your online appointment has a glitch that ask for your vin very odd. I don’t find this a professional way to treat a customer. I did not catch the womens name but it’s obvious my business is not wanted I very much feel my father was discriminated for being a Hispanic with limited English. I will take my business to another Toyota dealer as this is now how I would teart my worse enemy
I am very happy that Tracy is back at Carson Toyota. She was my service advisor before she left. Trusting a service advisor is very important, and I always trust her.

I came to toyota carson because I was having issues with my air conditioner blowing warm air. I was told it was fixed, and it was fine when i drove home. However, when it was time for me to drive to work a few hours later, my air conditioner was blowing warm air once again. I sat on the toyota carson lobby for four hours for absolutely nothing.
Tracy was friendly, courteous, and efficient.
