Tracy was exceptional. She exhibits great work ethic. Made sure all her customers were taken care of. She was ontop of every document on her table.
You are way over priced. $600+ for basic service? Then a $42 filter replacement (hybrid system) with $300+ labor. I spent $1,000 for “routine maintenance.” Unbelievable!

I was more than happy with the service and the time.
He was rude and had attitude. Then when I was picking up my car, they lost my keys. They first brought me the wrong vehicle. I waiting 20min before they asked me if that wasn’t my car. Overall, the worst service I ever had. Also, at the cashiers office, two of the employees kept starring at me and whispering things to each other. That caused me to feel angry and uncomfortable.
Very appreciated with the service advisor that helped me today ! Got everything done efficiently and kept me updated and well informed thank you !
Ms. Adriana was polite and attentive to details. So far, what was presented to her were all being taken cared off. Will see in a couple of weeks or months all will be well and I pray. Invested almost less than $10,000.00 for only 5 months past.
But I do have a mild concern regarding my brakes. Thinking that Mr. Jhordan took care of them especially my front brakes make sound pressing the brakes thinking this will stop but now quite irritating to hear.
Will be on vacation next week maybe will try to call Ms. Adriana tomorrow...I’m still working quite busy trying to finish my work before my vacation.
Just to mention this when I come back so you know.
Toyota is the only brand I tried and happy to have a Toyota car - my bread and butter as the saying goes.
