brought my car for 65k service and im surprised they only did the oil change and tire rotation. my coolant level and brake fluid were low and no word from your end. is this normal? im thinking to cancel my service contract which i have just extended.

Jaime Rodrigues was wonderful. I would of appreciated a call with a little bit more time at the end of the business day to get my car, but I understood they only know Once the car is complete. Also, I would suggest a back up cashier for mornings. The cashier did not arrive until 7:10am, when you open at 7am. I asked several people for help, and I was told, I’m not a cashier, or they will be here soon. I was often told that individual is often late. For a business where people pay a lot of money to get their cars repaired this is just unacceptable. I most likely will go to a different Toyota next time.
