Eric was very attentive. Our car had to stay overnight and I told Eric that I would pick the car up the following afternoon. We returned to the dealer the following day and went directly to the cashier, to my surprise Eric walked up and explained the problem with the vehicle. He remembered who I was and I thought that was awesome. I’m sure he assist many customers on day to day basis. He showed great customer service.
