Great customer service. Great shuttle services. This was the quickest my car service ever was. I usually sit and wait for two or more hours at your dealership for an appointment oil change with my other toyotas. My appointment was at 745am, by the time the shuttle dropped me off at work 815am, I sat down at my desk and I received a text saying my car was ready. I was like wow, I could of just waited at the dealership. I appreciate all the good service I got today from Toyota. Keep up the great customer services

Very poor customer service. Jim lacked character and came across as unfriendly. He was direct and to the point in a rude way. I went in for an oil change and he rang me up for other services which I did not want. He told me it would cost $400 for everything when I had only asked for an oil change and to check some additional things.
I noticed in the receipt that he stated I refused to replace the battery but that's the main reason I brought in my car...he came and said the battery was fine..but the notes said the battery will need to be replaced..I was willing to replace it at that time not at a later date
They did an excellent job I will not take my car anywhere else for repairs or service
