Everything was perfect except the time
Coming back to get Jonathan Perez host and get more service done for my truck in the next couple weeks.
I shared my feedback with Carlos Urias and will be sending a letter. Lily greeted me warmly. She smiled and was very polite and personable. She told me where to wait for the person who would be picking me up. Liliana met me at my car but did not tell me to come with her. After putting some items in my trunk area, I continued to wait sitting in my car. I asked a gentleman if he was going to help me and that I also needed a car wash, he pointed to Liliana who was watching and said she would take care of that. David, the gentleman who picked my car up from the service dock, came up and asked what was up. I explained that I was asking about a car wash he seemed upset and told me “she will take care of that” also pointing toward Liliana. He was rude. He further expressed his distaste for me by making eye contact with Liliana and shaking his head after I started walking toward her. My son was standing next to her watching David shake his head. David looked at my son and immediately stopped shaking his head but continued to make eye contact with my son until he turned to put the plastic over my seat. I am disappointed that Liliana watched me sit and wait without coming back to my car and ask me to come with her. I am shocked that David felt comfortable expressing his distaste for me as your customer in front of his peers and other customers. I purchased my car from you last May and had a great experience. Today, my experience was just awful.

I had a bad experience today, because they took more time that I expected. I made an appointment it was too long just for a simple rotation tires. The promised time in the paper was 9 am also Jonathan told me is going to take an hour and 15 minutes.
