Bad WiFi for guests.. I had planned on doing some work online while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, and that was not possible. The guest WiFi was unavailable the entire time even with multiple attempts to connect; even with tips from employees on where to sit to get a signal. However, the person to person customer service experience was very good.

They shouldn’t touch all the controls on the steering wheel. If so, make sure they put it back. Especially with the XSE and XLE models like mine. Because those controls are complicated.
