The process was timely

My car had an accident already. It had huge dent on right side. I already informed the service person ahead of time that the passenger door cannot be opened. But then after the recall seevice was done further more damaged was even done. More dent chipped and the paint took off. I was more disappointed due to that. Toyota staffs had always been helpful and respectful. Other than that. That's my only issue. I already spoke to Mr. Carlos Urias and addressed the issue.
