Before i sent my vehicle for service, i found a nail on the rear passenger side of the tire however i told them to double check if there is nail on each tire for inspection. Then after i got my truck back nobody told me about what procedure had they done to fix the nail. But however the tire looks fine and well, thank you.
I am not saying service was bad, but I'd like a more thorough breakdown of what service my vehicle Is receiving, when I will probably be in need of additional service; and any information on the health & wellness of my vehicle.
I had a part that had been ordered for my vehicle months ago. But I had no idea of this, until I was contacted after my service was done and after I had left the facility. It would have been great if someone would have told me that a part had been ordered for my vehicle and it was on the way to be delivered. Just hoping the communications regarding my vehicle is more clear and regular.
