I had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. and i got there at 7:19 a.m. they took the car at that hour because it was clocked at that time. He said it would be three hours, because the car had two recalls and my oil changed. To make matters worst it took four hours and it still was not done because he said that they needed a part and they had sent for the part. I was one of the first to be there and the last to leave. I never like to complain but I told my family “which they are Toyota lovers”” and they said they have never had this problem , before!!!!!!!!!

Jimmy was extremely helpful and took care of me and my car on two occasions when I needed big repairs done. Car practically runs good as new. No leaks, no sounds no nothing. Also thanks to the techs for handling the repairs hell of a job. To Jimmy: Nothing but appreciation bro. Good looks and thanks for taking care of my Scion!

This whole experience was one big screw up. From losing money taking off work for an appointment that did not happen. To your company making false appointments to order parts and not telling me. Then sending me emails and text messages to remind me about the appointments. If I did not call to verify that the part was actually in I would have lost another days pay. Then the part finally arrived and I was told that I would have rental car for the day. When Wnterprise showed up she said she could not find my reservation and asked if I was paying for the car. Needless to say I was getting really upset.
