Hola buenas noches gracias por su trabajo y dedicación les agradezco pero tengo duda no se si están haciendo bien su trabajo y lo digo por qué tuve una mala experiencia con mi Toyota Sienna 2003 yo lo llevaba al dealer a hacerle trabajos de cambio de aceite , de bujías y me enteré que no lo hacían disculpa por decírtelo

When they went to give me my car , I noticed it wasn’t washed . When I asked the employee why it wasn’t , he proceeded to tell me that they were short staffed. I didn’t find that to be an appropriate explanation as it’s not my fault as a customer that they were not staffed correctly.
