Easy peasy service appt...called to schedule appt and they pulled up my info on my prius within seconds and asked when I wanted to come in. Dropped off @ 7:30am, service completed by 9:20am. Juan service tech itemized work to be done and I was in and out on minutes. Thanks Carson Toyota.

I was not pleased with the service for the 2nd time. Both instances failed to have a complete and thorough vehicle check. This time involving my back driver side tire. The first thing I mentioned to the rep was that my tire deflated twice in one day (yesterday; the day before my appointment) and had to put air in it, while doing so not seeing any nail or other damage. He stated “they” will check for everything and the service rep will let me know the status of my tire. Time passes and I receive a text stating my vehicle is ready. I never received an update on my tire. So I call the dealership, a nice receptionist answered and stated the service rep who was assisting me is busy and will call me back shortly. I called at 10:13am. By the time I had got to the dealer, it was about 11 and still have not yet received that call back. I had asked the nice receptionist if I could speak to the service rep and she had called him. When he came out and spoke to me he stated they did not see any work needed on the tire and everything was fine. I then mentioned again why would I have needed to fill my tire up twice in one day (yesterday; the day before my appointment) (My tire pressure would drop from 38 to 4 in less than 6 hours). He then stated that he forgot to mention they tightened the nozzle for the tire so air wouldn’t leak. He said everything should be good but if something happens, to come back to take a look at it. Right when my vehicle pulled up and I enter and noticed the tire light is on still. The man pulling up my vehicle didn’t mention anything either. So I’d figured it will go away once I start driving more. Then as soon as I pull out of the lot I felt the tire still low. Since the light was still on, I checked the tire pressure and it went to 14. When I pulled up to the service driveway, the lady checking-in cars right away noticed which tire was flat. She went to look for the rep who assisted me and as she was doing that I saw the rep coming out of the main building and I waved to him and he noticed. I showed him the tire and he said he will look it at. Once he brought the vehicle out (about 30 min later) he did state there was a nail or something causing my tire to go flat. It took him 30 min to catch that. My huge concern is - are these vehicle checks actually being conducted correctly? And also, why would they rotate my tire but fail to notice what was causing the flat? It seems the rep didn’t fulfill his duties at all. First he mentioned there was no damage, then he stated it was the nozzle and they tightened it and when I brought the vehicle back, he found the issue! I can’t trust this type of service and unfortunately will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for service. Very upsetting and disappointing. I never write comments or emails like this but the service was not trustworthy.

I made an appointment for a 5.000 mile service at 8 am. Once checked in the service written informed me that it would be 10:30 am to complete the service.
I did talk with the Service Manager and it still took hour and fifteen minutes.
Terrible, unacceptable!
I'm satisfied this time.unlike when I had my last oil changed with my highlander, they replaced my tire valves with a worn out and missing 1.
