I was not satisfied they charge me more for the oil change ... the advisor did not mention me any coupon for the oil change ... I will not go with that advisor any more

About the status of my vehicle
My advisor Adrianna said my car would be done by 1:30 and that she would call me. I never received a phone call. I called her several times and she didn’t answer my call. My car ended up being done closer to 3:45.
