I was extremely pleased with the friendly respectful demeanor of everyone I spoke with. My only comment (not a complaint) is that because I was told the 5000 mile service would take an hour or an hour and a half I said that I would wait. It took over two and a half hours. When I looked at the receipt this evening it said “time promised 5 pm.” It was just a miscommunication so this is not a complaint, just a suggestion that this “waiting here or should we call you when finished?” be explicitly addressed. I am quite happy with the lease and Carson Toyota and I have recommended your dealership several times including today.

I left 180$ in my car, that i literally just took out the bank and it was gone when i got my car back. I was in such a hurry i didnt even check, never expected a oil change to take almost 2 and a half hours... so dispointed never coming here.
