Very negligent service department. They have failed to recommend the proper 30k mike service which should have included a spark plug change that I was not notified about. The last time I came in, the service department did not place the oil change / service sticker in my window. I had to turn around in heavy California traffic at 5pm to get the sticker which turned out to be a major inconvenience. In addition not even 24hrs after my service yesterday I get a “low tire pressure” light come on in my vehicle. The result of this was negligent behavior from service department that did not check tire pressure as part of the service. This place is very negligent and I will not be returning after purchasing my vehicle from them.

Service was great but the Prius Prime audio/map console is a bad design. Been having issues of it rebooting itself since I bought it over a year ago. Finally got a software update on sept 28, 2020 and on the morning of sept 29th, 2020, it rebooted again. I contacted my service person, Jim. He texted me back and he would contact Toyota and see if they can replace that unit
They fixed my door but only worked for a few hours now my issue is back. I don't know what the issue is now. They said they fixed it but now im disappointed cuz I'm having the locking issue again.
The inside of the car has an smell that was not there before the repair was done
