I had to wait two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I guess I was not smart enough to ask first how long was going to take. By the time Bryan put my car in the system and told me it was going to take 1 to 2 hours, I disliked it but thought that maybe it was going to be only 1 hour?... well, when the 2 hours passed I ask the clerk at the payment desk how much longer. She went to find out and she was told: 20 more minutes... I arrived at 11 and left at 2:30. Next time... if I go back, I will ask what’s the waiting time.
