Advisor was great! He clearly explained what was needed, and, his time estimate was spot-on:exactly one hour and forty minutes.
My car was overfilled with oil and when I drove off the lot I could not go past second gear, my car was failing and releasing black smoke. This was incredibly dangerous, I had to drive my car back with the emergency lights on. I now fear permanent damage to my engine as I do feel the car drives differently when it reaches a certain point in second gear. I purchased this car for long road trips and now I don’t trust my car will be able to handle that. It’s a brand new car with less than 10,000 miles on it.
They send me a coupon and i dont have it So i ask the guy that help me If he could something. the other dealer they do it rigth away ... but the guy that help me he said he cant do anything. Because they do have different rule!!! Some dealer make a way. My tire Warning light is on they dint even reset it..
