The check out process was not smooth. I went to Adriana when I arrived to pick up my car. She directed me to the cashier. I went to the cashier and she game me a ticket. When I went to Adriana and tried to had the ticket to her. She said that they already walkie talkie my car to come up. I sat there for over 15 mins waiting for my car until I asked someone where is my car. He pointed to a lady and said to give her my ticket to pull up my car. She said to give her a min. 10 mins and go by and I again have to pull someone to ask where is my car. As I am speaking to a rep she comes over and then asks me for my ticket and proceeds to tell me that this is NOT her job to pull cars. Eventually me car does come up. My car was in for new tires. When the car does come up the rims are full of grease. They look like the rims are damaged. I have to go the service manager to get him to take the car back and get the rims cleaned. He did bring the car back with the rims clean. Adriana was around but NEVER too the time to check on me. I will tell you I topically go to the Manhattan Toyota but wanted to give the business to you guys because the original service rep was nice. But I will tell you I will definitely second guess myself the next time I need service.
