Jim is a great asset to Carson Toyota Jim is exactly the type of service advisor I look for someone who treats you like family is friendly and keeps you informed and updated of what’s going on with your car at all times I would have no hesitation recommending him to my friends I will continue to have my vehicle service there and have Jim as my service advisor

On the initial purchase of my Grand Jeep Cherokee I was informed that adding an additional monthly fee on top of my car note that my services would be included. However on my visit on 10/23/2020 to service my jeep I was charged. Mentioned this to the person who assisted me but it was dismissed as only tires would be replaced. Please advise.
