Great job Toyota of Carson.
I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed. I was quoted nearly $2,000 for a service that after conducting research, learned was a result of a recall. This was never mentioned. Then I spoke this morning with Juan the service manager, who at first denied the existence of any recall until I gave him the reference number. At that point, his story shifted to the recall not applying to my car. Unfortunately Toyota’s corporate offices are closed today and tomorrow. I am connecting with them on Monday. There is absolutely no reason why I am to be responsible for a factory defect. Aside from this the most upsetting aspect is the fact that the recall wasn’t brought to my attention. It took me talking to an attorney friend who advised to look into any recalls. I am grateful that I changed my mind and didn’t authorize the work to be done on my car. Im looking into further legal action if Toyota corporate fails to accept responsibility. I went to the dealership thinking it was the best thing to do. Never again. Im done with Toyota.
Ronald provided me with excellent customer service. He was friendly and polite. He is a true asset to the service department. Thank you again to Ronald for helping me with the service my truck needed.

Everything was great. However, I ask if I could get a car wash and one of the service advisors that it was complimentary. In the end I did not receive the car wash service.
