James was excellent. He quickly checked that the recall fuel pump was available and explained the R&R process. James advised that there may be a slight fuel smell since the fuel pump access was thru the back seat. The R&R was done quickly, a little over 2 hrs. Excellent service.
He was professional. Helped answer all my questions even after I went home and was overlooking my invoice. Very helpful in assisting me. Would ask for him on my subsequent visits

We never met the person listed as the individual that helped us with our car. When we asked about the paperwork three different times to a staff member, he told us to go to the car service desk. At the car service desk, they either did not know what we were talking about or they did not care. Three different people were asked multiple times for some sort of documentation of the service that was paid for and no one seemed to want to help. We eventually received the paperwork for the service performed from the fourth person we spoke to.
I would appreciate if the staff was more helpful and considerate to other people’s time and energy.
