I was told today when I brought my vehicle for service in November 2020 my tires were in the yellow mark. Today all 3 tires except the front driver side was yellow with a nail. I wasn't inform at my last visit that I needed brake fluid as well. Suggestions I think it's best that the service advisor go over the outcome after the vehicle has been service so the customer is aware and decide whether to go through with the recommendation or not. When the customer comes back there is some type of notation why services we're not done.

Poor and very slow service
Need to have better system so customers don’t have to wait too long for their car being serviced
Disappointed waiting for five hours last week and last Saturday from 7:30 in the morning until 4pm I guess your priorities are small jobs because some people got there nine or ten o'clock and they left before me. They were some excuses at the end of the day, anyway I guess got to go somewhere else for service.
