Service was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and professional. However, when I checked the engine bay, I noticed the cover of the positive terminal of the battery was completely off and hanging on the side. This is minor but attention to detail is important.

Couldn't programed it and instead of say door is open .. it kept peeping and it kept showing seat belt status. So I called Stephanie and I had to figure it out. But it was one of the door it wasn't closed all the way ... so if one of the doors won't close it will say seat belt status instead of door opens .. really weird after leaving the service department but I figured it out myself ..

Booking was 9 am, but i requested to check squeaky sound from brake and suspension, i got the car at 4 pm just because of the additional few request. Additional request most likely took 5 hours. But when i got home they didnt find the reason for squeaky sound and ended up hearing those funny sounds again.
