Maybe on about 4 months I think I might trade for new truck
The service advisor I believe made me no choice to just do just oil change. He pointed the minor service right away. It is recommended right? But I should have a choice. So I told a Toyota friend about it and agreed with me.
Next service, please don’t assign me with that advisor again. Or maybe I can go to a different dealership to get my service done.

She was very helpful getting our problem solved. We did not have an appointment and showed up in the early afternoon on the Friday before Christmas Eve. She told us how long it would take and it took exactly the amount of time she said it would take. Thank you.

I am very unhappy with the service Carson Toyota has provided me with within the last few years but this past week was my last straw with this place. My car was damaged by Toyota technicians and nothing was mentioned to me. I realized it after picking up my car. I take it back to get fixed and I have noticed on multiple occasions, there is a lack of communication at this place. My car was “done” but one thing has not been fixed. It’s very frustrating dealing with this location and the people here. Customer service and honestly needs to improve here if they want to kee customers. This is an overall review of the place from all my experiences and my most recent.
