They did a good job but they forgot to ask me to leave my glove compartment unlocked so they could change the air conditioner filter. When my car was ready the filter was on the dashboard and I had to ask a worker if the filter was changed and they called a worker to change the filter while I was in the car.

In text message confirmation after paying online, it said “ Payment Confirmation: Matthew, thank you for your online payment! Please see your Service Advisor, Jimmy for your final receipt.” This happened last time in August. I suggest directing customers to the Financial/Invoices desk instead, so that customers aren’t standing outside someone’s office when it’s the wrong location. It wasn’t very clear each visit during the payment and vehicle pickup process.

Alex it was excellent getting my car serviced and letting me know all the things that needed to be done. I’ve been a carsonToyota customer since I was a undergrad at UC Irvine. I am greatly appreciative of your service. I drive from Culver City area pass other Toyota dealerships in order to get to CarsonToyota.
