First, my advisor was not attentive. He didn’t specify time nor did he offer a shuttle. Usually they ask if I’ll be waiting or need a shuttle. Even though it was just a tire change he didn’t bother to give a courtesy call. I didn’t see the message after a while back since I was at work. I had to call myself and order me a shuffle with the amazing cashier. The cashier that helped me was so sweet and attentive . If it wasn’t because it was only 7 min I wouldn’t of stop by. It’s not like when Daniel Juarez used to be my advisor.
Service personnel were very nice and helpful. I like this Toyota service place much better than the previous one I went to. It was exactly like I had hoped it would be.

It’s only my 2nd time there since moving to Carson. But my service this time was not a good experience. Went in for my 25,000 mile service and waited more than 2 hours for no oil change and no car wash. I definitely know that there are people ahead of me and will take time. I don’t mind waiting but just noticing after I got home made me kind of upset especially with out the oil change. Please can this be explained to me so that I can understand. Thank you
Joe was great when I picked up my car he came up to me and told me everything was topped off the brakes were adjusted the filters in the engine tires rotation Engine is in good condition but hopefully he’ll stay because you guys have a revolving door when it comes to service advisors Thank
