I was not called when my car was ready. I only received a text which I saw later so I was waiting for almost 2.5 hours. It wasn’t uNtil I went to ask if my car was ready that they told me it was.

You need not send me questionnaires or rating of your services. Just do as you are now. If your not up to par and people are not satisfied, they will complain and you will find out how your doing. I’m sure you can’t do what other people desire fully. So just keep doing the best you can. Consider your costumers needs and likes or as you want to be serve. I’m sure with that everything will be ok.

I initially had doubts, due to fact they didn't address my concern. But when Adriana heard the noise and arranged for the Repair and my ride home and back at no cost made me feel better. The car also sounds great now.

u guys gave me back the car with hand prints inside tge car that were dirty..and wen i askd why didnt u guys clean or wash the car..the response i got from the guy who gave me the car was...I DONT KNOW..i will go to downtown toyota for service now since they are closer and i thought i would get better customer service from u guys since we bought the car from u guys
