It was specifically requested to check the left driver side front fender because screw came off and at one time I was disengaged. We popped it back in and put together by tape. It only needed a screw. However at pick up it was not touched fixed, nor addressed. Request was totally ignored!!! So disappointed.

My 2015 Prius had a recall repair and he wrote the wrong information on the proof of repair certificate that DMV requires and he did return my phone call to solve the issue. I have to talk to his manager Juan to redo the certificate and mail it to me.

The lack of communication and professionalism once it was time to pickup my vehicle is discouraging and makes me reconsider using Carson Toyota’s service center.
I toke the car went oil serves and fuel pops recalled. They told me will do 3:oo pm
But oil serves not do and we do not have fuel pop.
