There’s no point of making appointments if there’s still a 3 hours wait. Also, my oil wasn’t changed. Only tire rotation.

My car is not working after a basically oil change . I left the dealership and my car no longer works , I had to tow my car home and have to wait to have it evaluated Monday when your facility is open.
